Resident Area Cleaning

2nd Floors 105,   1st & 2nd floor 107   and 2nd floor 346
Sweep the floors.
Mop the floors.
Wipe over hand basin and shower area as you use it. Mop excess water off floor.
Clean toilet after use if needed, and check if paper needs replacing and REPLACE.
Take rubbish to 346.

Please return mops, buckets, brooms and vacuum cleaner back to 346 cleaning equipment area immediately.

107 Laundry Area
Get washing out of the machine when cycle finishes.
Take washing off line when dry  and take to your space and make sure all fallen pegs are picked up and  put in basket CLEAN.
Washing Machine – pull out centre lint cleaner, give it a clean before/after every use for a good clean wash.


346 1st floor
Sweep or vacuum the floors.
Mop the kitchen floor.

Hose the patio concrete.
Empty rubbish bins and recycling containers into appropriate Council bins.
Empty compost bucket into black compost bin situated towards the back of the Veggie Patch.

Food Prep Cleaning

PRACTICE CLEAN AS YOU GO
If you (or your guest) use something -wash it THOROUGHLY particularly around cup rims. Dry, put away and wipe up bench and all items used, check floor for spilt food and sweep it up...THIS IS A COCKROACH AND RAT PREVENTATIVE!!!!
Leave sink empty and clean of food scraps so others can use it without cleaning first.
If you spill things deal with it immediately i.e. fridge, floor, cupboard doors.
Refill ice, waters, cordial as you use them.
Defrost milk once open stock reaches 1 litre
As you leave kitchen- check if rubbish, compost or recycling need to be emptied?   Is there anything to carry next door or downstairs?
Wrap all items (fruit included) before putting in fridge, chuck out said item when old.
Spend a few minutes regularly tidying and wiping out fridge.
Fridge needs weekly thorough clean prior to shopping day.
