Eat less!

Why?

As most Western Society’s health issues are closely related to the increase of obesity it is highly interesting to show people a way out of their the food abuse:

How?

· Create your life active

· Exercises/stretching/running through life

· Brush your teeth

· Vanilla smell

From a food perspective:

If you eat food which is packed with nutrients (fresh out of the garden) your body is supplied with everything it needs by eating less and won’t feel hungry.

Healthy:

· Drink enough (our body often confuses hunger and thirst) best herbal teas

· A lot of fiber rich foods (vegetables)

· Lemon juice/ apple cider(fruit) vinegar

· Cinnamon, fresh ginger, chilly

Semi-healthy:

· Coffee/mate/tea (make sure to drink enough)

· Vanilla flavour

· Dark chocolate after meals in very small amounts (see chai teas, evening)

At the same time not over eating energizes you and keeps away all the typical Western Society diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, which are related to an unhealthy lifestyle including eating too much and moving too little.

Moreover you need fewer resources and thereby contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Eat what you need not what you like because you're gonna love it!

Your body learns what is good for it and will ask for, it just needs a bit of time to learn.

Change your diet radically for a while and see after a month how your taste and your food preferences change.

This is the base for a new society model based on health

Where as the the “shopping part” becomes a lot more convenient this time can be spend on the preparation. Or in a post consumerist society you have you gardens and more time if you don’t work for material things.[N1]

Of course a healthy, positive state of mind is as important. Therefore find your personal work-life balance.[N2]
